3. Hosting
This website is operated on Microsoft Azure within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis for its use is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is processed automatically (including IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer, browser type and operating system). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
5. Consent management
To manage your consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies, we use the consent management tool Usercentrics. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 6. Contact form & appointment booking
If you request an appointment via the form or contact us by email, we process the data you provide (including name, email address, company, company size, preferred date, message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the communication).
7. Reach measurement & analysis tools
Insofar as you have consented, we use the following services to analyze and improve our offering:
- IONOS WebAnalytics — anonymized analysis of visitor behavior; individual persons are not identified.
- WP Statistics — analysis based on log data stored on our own servers; IP addresses are anonymized.
- SalesViewer® — collection of company data via JavaScript for B2B business development; pseudonymization takes place immediately.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — analysis for delivering targeted, professionally relevant content.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDSG); for SalesViewer® additionally our legitimate interest in business development (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can revoke any consent given at any time.
8. Visitor identification (B2B lead detection)
To address business customers, we use the IP address to determine the associated company (via the network operator/ASN assignment or a B2B service provider such as SalesViewer®). In doing so, no natural persons are identified, only organizations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in business development (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time (see your rights).
9. Data transfer to third countries
Insofar as data is transferred to the USA or other third countries as part of the aforementioned services, this is done on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) or an adequacy decision, in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
